Terms of Service

1. The Service

Zee Hood provides a Discord bot and an associated web dashboard used by authorized staff to manage the Zee Hood Roblox community — including group ranking, perk and item grants, moderation, and community analytics. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use at all times.
• You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and Roblox in your region.
• Access to staff tools and the dashboard is limited to members explicitly authorized by Zee Hood administrators.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to bypass the Service's permission checks or access controls.
• Use staff tools you are not authorized to use, or use any feature to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's or Roblox's rules.

4. Moderation, Bans & Blacklist

Zee Hood administrators may, at their sole discretion, restrict, ban, or blacklist any user from the experience and/or from the bot and dashboard. Some bans are permanent and cannot be appealed through the bot. We are not obligated to provide notice or a reason for any moderation decision.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Discord and Roblox. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Zee Hood is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data it displays is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zee Hood and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and server owners may remove the bot from their server at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
